WILLOW TREE FARM PART TWO

Opposite the chair was this old dresser. Image taken with a fisheye lens.
A close-up image of old Yale door hardware.
Another image taken with a fisheye lens which allowed me to capture both the kitchen and side room in one image.
The old stove. Behind the stove was an old cot. Based on the deterioration of the stairs and upper level, I'm assuming that the lone occupant resorted to sleeping on the main level.
The icebox was a make not seen or heard of today, a Belltower. Cool logo plate.
Writings found on the side of the icebox.
Items found on the shelves above the sink.
A bird no longer in passage or flight.
Another view of the kitchen from a different angle. The doorway to the right leads to the vestibule and entrance.
A view looking up the stairs. Probably not the wisest move I've made, but I did climb the stairs. It was pretty nerve racking, as they were very weak. The floor directly below the stairs had collapsed into the basement. Foolish, but I couldn't resist.
This cutout in the wall opened up to an area so dark I couldn't make out what was inside. I didn't want to stick my head inside, and wanted off the stairs quickly, so I left that mystery unsolved.
A view looking down the stairs from the top floor, taken using natural lighting without flash.
The main bedroom, complete with a set of cast iron beds and a sidetable.
Sprawled across one of the bedframes was a banner that said "WELCOME". Was this left as a greeting for anyone so foolish or brave to navigate the tricky staircase? Very strange find.
The second bedroom was also complete with a bed and mattress.
This is an image of the door that leads from the main bedroom, as seen in one of the first images on the proceeding page. Taken using natural light allowed me to capture a glowing effect from the sun.
I would be surprised to find the house still standing today. I am glad that I was able to capture these images. Thanks for having a look.
